The winners of the #BeInclusive EU Sport Awards 2020 are revealed
On 1 December 2020, the #BeInclusive EU Sport Awards was held as an online event. The ceremony celebrated those organisations that use the power of sport to increase the social inclusion of disadvantaged groups.
The jury received 181 entries, out of which nine organisations were shortlisted to be the finalists of the #BeInclusive EU Sport Awards 2020. The three winners were announced by Mariya Gabriel, European Commissioner for Innovation, Research, Culture, Education and Youth. They got awarded €10,000 each, while the finalists' work was recognised by €2,500 each.
