Call for candidates - election of Vice-President, Secretary General and two Executive Committee Memb



ENGSO is looking for nominations from its member organisations to the position of ENGSO Vice-President, Secretary General and two Executive Committee Members.

The main tasks of the Vice-President include assisting the President in his duties and acting on behalf of the President in an official capacity as required.

The ENGSO Secretary General is in charge of the Secretariat of ENGSO, as well as preparing the General Assembly and Executive Committee meetings. Furthermore Secretary General is responsible for membership issues and general communication with members and partners.

ENGSO Executive Committee Members help with the running of ENGSO and the execution of decisions taken by the General Assembly.

Executive Committee Members are elected for a period of 4 years and shall meet at least 4 times a year. Candidates shall be nominated by an ENGSO member organisation or the Executive Committee.

We invite you to share your ideas, skills and enthusiasm with us, and in return we offer in-depth experience on the work of a European sport umbrella organisation and the European sports policy. There are many aspects of our organisations to get involved with, from advocating for different sport issues (health, participation, social inclusion, volunteering, fight against match-fixing, good governance, equality ) and increasing the visibility of ENGSO, to promoting children and youth in sport.
