A year of achievements: News from ENGSO Youth
New Secretariat, new team and committee members, new toolkits and manuals and going digital because of the pandemic: despite Covid-19 and the change of plans, ENGSO Youth had an exciting year. Read what they have been up to in the past months.
On 14 November 2020, ENGSO Youth hosted its first-ever virtual Youth Assembly. ENGSO Youth Committee members – Chair Ugne Chmeliauskaite and Vice-Chair Filip Filipic –, Titouan Martin Barre, Lovisa Broms, Marianna Cardoso, Iva Glibo, Kirsten Hasenpusch and Ivana Pranjic, ENGSO Youth Communication Officer Polona Fonda and Policy and Project Manager Matej Manevski gathered with Young Delegates, partners and friends to discuss the developments since the last Youth Assembly.

The last meeting of the 2020
ENGSO Youth Committee members and staff gathered on 5 December 2020 for the last meeting of the year. The aim of the online gathering was to discuss the 2020 achievements and set goals for the upcoming year.
The team welcomed two new members; Anett Fodor, a new Committee member from Hungary and Matej Manevski, ENGSO Youth’s new Policy and Projects Manager from North Macedonia.

Sport for Sustainable Development
On the 21 November, ENGSO Youth hosted its first online international seminar of the Sport for Sustainable Development project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union. The seminar featured the introduction of the project and the presentation of the Sport for Sustainable Development website and the ScoreAll17 manual.
SPIDI video manual
The final outcome of the Sporting Inclusion and Diversity (SPIDI) international activity - the video manual, has been released in October 2020. The manual includes fun and simple games which facilitate inclusion (through sport). The activities are easy to adapt to any location, timing, number of participants or equipment and tools available.
